About Ruby 'D' Woo

Ruby 'D' Woo has over a decades stage experience and discovered her love for the stage as a teenager whilst performing at Nottinghams own theatre. After several years of pursuing her passion for the performing arts she joined her first burlesque group. Later after attending several more inspirational performers classes she went on to become a solo performer and created Haus of Ruby’s Rebels where she shared and taught her passion to others.

As a burlesque performer Ruby is an award winner and has been on stages all over the UK and Europe teasing and seducing her viewers by providing the ultimate audience indulgences. She oozes sex appeal and owns her sexuality, she loves to leave her audience begging for more! Ruby has headlined festivals and burlesque shows and became an international performer within her first year.

Ruby is the producer of the regular Nottingham Burlesque & Cabaret show The Rebellion, she has also teamed up with several well known companies like Bierkeller and now the Cosy Club to bring some of the best performers in the country and the newest talent, she loves to bring the sparkle of burlesque live entertainment to the city of Nottingham.

Ruby D'Woo has put on several sold out workshops and burlesque shows that have received 5 star reviews all around the UK and has taught her workshops overseas. In 2018 she was reported to be Nottingham’s most up and coming burlesque beauty.

As a burlesque teacher she ensures she releases everyones inner rebel. Her true goals are to make sure that everyone who attends her classes leave feeling empowered. She provides her group with the opportunity to perform all around the UK, these performers are sassy and next level fierce. She is proud to announce that some of her Rebels now have the confidence to go on to the stage and even win awards as they shine as solo artists and she is certain the world will be in awe as they shimmy, shake and sparkle in the spot light.
